This is who I was with.
No kids. No spouses. No agenda (ok, I had a little one – I can’t help it!).
We walked a lot.
Talked a lot.
Sat on the beach.
Ate food with only our good conversation.
Stayed up late watching TV.
I even did my run from our hotel up the coastline – trying to put one foot in front of the other while staring at the ocean. Ahhhh….
When we were young(er) we came here and it was so fitting that we come back.
It was so, so good.
(psst – special props go to E who watched all four kids. And he even said he’d do it again!)

I could use some of that right now, I must say I am mucho jealous! It looks so peaceful and just plain wonderful!
So nice. I’m glad you had a good time. I bet it was nice to get away and have some you time. I need some of that.
