Adventures in Bennionland

We LOVE friends! We LOVE fun!

We’re so lucky to have both in large doses lately. The past few weeks have been a welcome blur of new friends, old friends, and family fun in between.

Just tonight the boys’ friend Jack came to play. Jack was the first kid we met here in Le Grand and we loved watching him grow. He’ll be three this month and fits in well with the WW dynamic. We played dinosaurs, got filthy, and fed the local donkey some carrots. And I managed to forget my camera for all of this!

I have also managed to forget my camera at playgroup but I have to note how excited I am to have found a function playgroup! There is a nice mix of boys and girls, of ages and personalities…and not just the kids! This has also helped (or has been helped by, not sure which came first) the friends we are meeting through Will’s Kindergarten class. He’s already got a best friend, Tanner, and a girlfriend, Daisy.

Basic Training

One of our friends from playgroup held an army themed birthday for her son J. Will and Walker were SO into it. Especially Walks. He has worn his army helmet and dog tags almost every waking minute!
